Nos \u00faltimos anos, especialmente ap\u00f3s 2018, os tribunais superiores refor\u00e7aram o discurso de que o sistema eletr\u00f4nico de vota\u00e7\u00e3o e justi\u00e7a s\u00e3o imunes a fraudes ou invas\u00f5es<\/strong>.

Defending democracy requires vigilance against abuse, but also transparency, logic, and institutional consistency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e3o se pode punir algu\u00e9m por testar algo supostamente impenetr\u00e1vel sem abrir espa\u00e7o para o debate sobre a real seguran\u00e7a do sistema.
One cannot punish someone for testing something supposedly impenetrable without opening room for debate on the system\u2019s real security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
